Terms and Conditions – HOSH Wellness Center

1. Reservations and Guarantee

  • Prior booking through our official channels (WhatsApp or website) is required to guarantee your appointment.

  • We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred schedule and specific therapists.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that your plans may change. We kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance, or failure to show up without prior notice (No-show), may incur a charge of 50% of the service value or the forfeiture of the security deposit, depending on the reserved plan.

3. Punctuality and Preparation Time

  • We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to complete your intake form and begin your relaxation process without rushing.

  • In the event of a client delay, the treatment time will be reduced so as not to affect subsequent appointments, and the full value of the service will be charged.

4. Health and Contraindications

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy before beginning any treatment.

  • HOSH reserves the right to modify or decline a service if it considers that it may put the client’s health at risk.

5. Code of Conduct and Sanctuary of Peace

  • In order to maintain an environment of absolute relaxation, we appreciate keeping your mobile devices on silent or turned off.

  • The use of cameras or recordings in common areas must respect the privacy of other guests.

6. Personal Belongings

  • HOSH Wellness Center is not responsible for the loss of valuable items. We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at your accommodation or using the provided lockers under your supervision.

7. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Services must be paid in full at the end of the session. We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major credit cards.
